What you receiveWhole-chart review

My opinion, with the reasoning behind it.

The primary benefit is my considered professional opinion after I have studied the complete record. The written synthesis is a useful record of that work: what I reviewed, how I reached my conclusions, and what we decided to do next.

My candid professional opinion

What I think matters, what may have been missed, what remains uncertain, and what I would do next.

A reconstructed timeline

Symptoms, diagnoses, major results, treatment changes, and response placed in sequence.

Trends across time

Laboratory and clinical changes reviewed in the context of medications, illness, and goals.

Conflicts identified

Conflicting lists, explanations, recommendations, and assumptions separated from settled facts.

A decision map

What appears resolved, what remains uncertain, and which next step could change the plan.

A written record of the reasoning

The supporting evidence, conclusions, and next steps in a form you can use with your care team.

Clinical reasoningContext matters

The work behind my opinion.

I do not interpret a result, diagnosis, or medication in isolation. I reconstruct the conditions around it, test competing explanations, and distinguish what is known from what is still uncertain.

Common questionsBefore you begin

Questions about the service.

What records should I send?+

Send what exists: visit notes, laboratory reports, imaging reports, medication lists, pathology, procedure reports, hospital records, and your own timeline if you keep one. PDFs are best. You do not need to organize everything first.

Do you replace my primary-care physician or specialist?+

No. I give you a considered physician perspective across the complete record, clarify priorities, and make your existing healthcare easier to use. When another clinician should make the decision, I help you bring a clearer question and the relevant evidence back to that team.

How do I send records?+

Begin with the consultation request form. IVLV replies from its BAA-covered Google Workspace with payment and record-transfer instructions. Medical records are handled separately from this public website.

Will I receive a diagnosis or prescription?+

The review may clarify diagnoses, testing, medications, or referrals, but no particular diagnosis, test, treatment, or prescription is guaranteed. Recommendations depend on the record, consultation, clinical appropriateness, and Nevada law.

Can this handle an urgent problem?+

No. Record review is scheduled care. Call 911 or seek emergency care for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, major bleeding, suicidal thoughts, or another emergency.
