Privacy at IVLV Consult.
This notice explains the public website and email intake process. It does not replace IVLV's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, clinical consent documents, or any notice presented when care begins.
Public website
You can browse this website without creating an account. The site may receive ordinary technical information needed to serve pages, maintain security, and understand site performance, such as device type, browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, requested pages, and referral source.
Consultation request form
The request form is designed for contact and scheduling information only. It does not upload files or save entries to the website. When submitted, it prepares a message in your own email application. Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, test results, or other medical details in that form.
Email and medical records
Messages sent to consult@ivlvinfusions.com are received in IVLV's Google Workspace covered by a Business Associate Agreement. The security of a message while it travels from you also depends on your email provider and settings. You may request another transfer method instead of attaching records to email.
AI-assisted analysis
IVLV does not place identifiable medical records into a general consumer AI account. If AI-assisted tools are used for protected health information, they must be provided through a service and configuration included under an applicable Business Associate Agreement, with appropriate access, retention, and audit controls. A physician reviews the record and remains responsible for the clinical synthesis.
How information is used
Information you send may be used to respond to your request, determine whether the service is an appropriate fit, arrange payment and scheduling, perform an authorized review, provide care, maintain required records, protect the service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Service providers
IVLV may use vendors for website hosting, communications, payment processing, scheduling, records handling, and professional operations. Protected health information is handled under applicable agreements and safeguards when required. Payment-card data should be entered only through the payment processor provided to you, not sent by email.
Your choices
Do not place detailed medical information in the first inquiry if you prefer to receive transfer instructions first. You may ask for an alternative communication method, correct contact information, or stop nonclinical communications. Clinical records are retained and handled as required by applicable law and professional obligations.
