Terms for using IVLV Consult.
These terms govern this website and the consult services described here. Service-specific consent, payment, privacy, and clinical documents presented before care also apply.
Website information
Public website content is general information, not individualized medical advice. Using the website or sending an inquiry does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship.
Clinical services
Acceptance for a Focused Medical Review, Whole-Chart Synthesis, or Ongoing Physician Access service depends on scope, location, records, clinical appropriateness, and completion of required consent and payment steps. A review may identify questions, options, testing, referrals, or treatment considerations, but no particular diagnosis, prescription, test, or outcome is promised.
Location and emergencies
Clinical services are currently intended for adults located in Nevada at the time of care. This is scheduled care and is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek emergency care for a possible emergency.
Records and accuracy
You are responsible for providing records and information that are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Recommendations can change when records are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or later supplemented.
Technology-assisted review
IVLV may use appropriately contracted and configured technology to organize or analyze authorized records. Technology does not independently diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions. A physician reviews the source material and is responsible for the final clinical work.
Payment and outside costs
The price and included work are confirmed before payment. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms are presented before purchase. Laboratory collection and testing, imaging, medications, pharmacy charges, and outside professional services are separate unless the written service description says otherwise.
Ongoing-access terms
Ongoing Physician Access is billed monthly with a 12-month commitment. If you join within 30 days after a Whole-Chart Synthesis, its $1,495 fee may be credited toward the first year as described in your enrollment documents; the credit has no cash value.
Existing clinicians
IVLV Consult does not automatically replace your primary-care physician, specialists, emergency care, or other established clinicians. A synthesis may be used to improve coordination and prepare for decisions with those teams.
